Wrinkles

Skin firmness is maintained by collagen fibers (collagen fibers) and elastic fibers (elastin) in the dermis, which have strong tensile strength. As the skin ages, these degenerate or decrease, resulting in loss of firmness and an increase in wrinkles. Skin aging can be divided into age-related changes and photoaging. Age-related changes are said to be influenced by genetic factors. Degeneration of the dermis is mainly due to photoaging and is related to the time and intensity of UV exposure. Therefore, it is important to prevent sun exposure and photoaging in order to prevent wrinkles.

Dry lines and fine wrinkles

Dry lines and fine wrinkles

Wrinkles are not only in the dermis but there are also shallow superficial wrinkles. These are dry fine wrinkles. Chronic dryness causes fine lines and wrinkles to like fine ripples. They often appear in the shallow layers of skin around the eyes and mouth. They can often be made less noticeable by moisturizing and hydrating the skin. Treatment methods performed at our clinic are as follows.

Treatments

Improvement is achieved by skin wound healing and turnover with chemical solutions such as chemical peels, Microneedling such as Dermapen and Radiofrequency such as Thermagen and Thermoneedle. Improvement can also be achieved by processing PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) from blood samples with a centrifuge to infiltrate the skin with growth factors. In addition, doctor's cosmetics and other products are effective for daily hydration.
