Happy New Year – A visitor from Brazil
Happy New Year! We look forward in seeing you.
On New Year's Day, Dr. Marcelo Inada, an authority in body surgery, came to Japan from Brazil.
We went to "Hatsumode" praying for the new year together at the shrine and visited our clinic.
LipoHD is a surgery in which the waist is sculpted by liposuction and is a specialty of South American surgeons such as Hoyos.
Brazil is the Mecca of cosmetic surgery, however Dr. Inada and myself discussed that in Brazil, where sunlight is very strong, there are many patients with skin cancer and many plastic surgeons, including Dr.Inada perform a lot of facial reconstruction surgeries.
I wondered if that was the reason behind the advanced level of cosmetic surgery in Brazil.
Myself, Dr. Nakao has also performed reconstructive surgeries for many skin cancer patients in Kagoshima, where sunlight is strong and also at Adachi Medical Center of Tokyo Women's Medical University. The professor of the Department of Dermatology there is an authority in skin cancer and many patients were referred to us and we operated on them.
As a plastic surgeon, I will continue to devote myself to helping everyone in this year as well.
