Forehead lift – Plastic reconstructive surgery after facial nerve palsy

Deep Plain Facelifts and other treatments for sagging faces are often performed with functional plastic surgery techniques.
Here, we performed a Forehead lift and removed the excess skin of the upper eyelids for facial nerve palsy post shingles(herpes zoster).
Due to scarring, the eyelid sizes are not symmetrical however, the eyelid is now open and the patient's quality of life has improved.
The "Warren technique" which is an intermediate technique between incisional and endoscopic was exercised.
