This is a double eyelid surgery case for a teenager. Considering her age, we used the suture method which is minimally invasive.
With single eyelid patients, if you look closely, you can often see a double eyelid line and to create a double fold in that area will be less strain to the skin.
It is also possible to change the double fold line with an incision method after the patient grows up.
